LESSON 13: CREATE AND SPEAK
ROUTINES: WHAT DO YOU DO EVERY DAY?
VOCABULARY: brush your teeth/hair, sleep, wake up, practice, play
STORY: Every day I wake up at 7 am. I get up and brush my teeth. I then eat breakfast and drink coffee. After I drink coffee I get ready for work. I go to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm every day. After work, I coach a soccer practice. After practice, I come home and cook dinner. Then I take a shower. I then relax for a while and go to bed.
ACTIVITIES:
- Review the Vocabulary Words .
- Listen to Audio 1 as you read the story.
- Think about what routines are. Routines are things that we do every day. Think about some of your routines, like brushing teeth, going to school, practices, working, homework, etc.
- Write down your own routines in your notebook.
