LESSON 19: MOVIE DAY – “CROSSROADS”

THEME: Forgiveness 

ACTIVITIES:

1. Prepare some snacks and a drink, and get comfortable.
2. Watch Crossroads, a free online Hallmark movie about forgiveness, in English.
3. Think about the movie, and answer the following questions:
   1. How did you feel during the movie?
   2. What subjects or themes did it bring up in your mind?
   3. How did you feel at the end of the movie?
   4. Is there anyone you need to forgive? Give them a call or send them a note right now, if possible. If not, speak the following words out loud: “In Jesus’ name, I forgive ______ for ______ (say the things they did to you).” This breaks the legal rights of the enemy over your life. You will get freedom from unforgiveness this way!
   5. Is anyone you need to go to and ask forgiveness? Give them a call or send them a note right now, if possible.
