STORY: There is a woman. Her name is Janet. She is 62 years old. When she was 52 years old she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She was terrified. The doctors said that it was stage 3 and she would have to go through chemo and have surgery. The doctor also told her it would be very difficult to get rid of all the cancer, and that she might only have a few years left to live. Janet knew she would not settle for that. She knew that she served a healing Lord. Janet and her family prayed and prayed for a miracle. Janet had the surgery and went through chemo. The whole time she relied on the Lord. Jeremiah 32:27 says, “I am the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?” This verse really spoke to her. Janet and her family knew that there was no miracle too big or too small for the Lord. They knew and believed with all their heart that the Lord would heal her and that she would not have to worry about the cancer returning. After several rounds of chemo, Janet went back to the doctor to see how the treatment was working. The doctor gave Janet the best news ever. After the treatment, there was no cancer to be found! She was in remission. The doctors couldn’t believe it. They knew it was a miracle. Luke 18:27 says, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Now Janet talks about this time in her life as a testimony that through God all things are possible.
